Sadly many decades again i beat a young boy who was accused wrongly for stealing my neighbor. More like my junior brother. Before i start the beating I first take a look at the penis. The penis trekked inside. Only the cap was showing like a seed. I rush to the boy and started beating. We seized him and took hin home, several people tried to test the penis still it didn’t come out. From there to police station we then took the victim to hospital. Hospital confirmed it was tension.
