Soft power, good. Nigeria governors don't exploit soft power enough. Things like skating rings, horse racing venues, indoor climbing facilities, motorways dedicated to speeding etc have the power to enrich the lives of the masses, pacify them and attract revenue from both indigenes and tourists.

I raise a toast to the imaginative and progressive minds behind developments in lagos. Cheers, long may you all continue to keep alive and fly the flag of the once imaginative and daring traits Nigerians were known and somewhat feared and resented for by the outside world.

But beware, dont overdo things to harm yourself or die.
I saw a handsome guy about twenty years old on wheel chair some days ago. His two legs cut from kneels.
I believed he overdid some leisure sports that caused it.

Could be accident, fighting, diabetes or sickle cell anemia that caused it.

It's not only sports that can damage bones and joints.

Nice one. Atleast let people have things to do with leisure time, not just to drink beer and eat catfish.
The only issue I see here is that this one na oyinbo sports, BMX and the rest.
There are things westerners can involve themselfs in, but we in poor African countries cannot. Why? They have the medical facilities etc to back it up. Imagine breaking or losing a limb in naija ie having an accident while playing this X game, which ambulance will come and save you? In oyinbo land, even helicopter will land to evacuate you.
Naija is not currently a place you want to be sick or have accidents, if you are not a millionaire, you are as good as dead. Common Augmentine we use to buy for 2500, last time I bought 2 months ago was 20k! A pack of 15 tablets of Xerato is now 30k, 28 tab pack of coveram 10/10 I use for BP is now 19k.
