Can Senator Elisha Abbo Appeal Judgement Sacking Him By Appeal Court At Supreme Court Or He Is Gone?

He’s now an ex-senator by the Appeal Court judgement.

Legislative electoral disputes stops at the Appeal Court, only presidential and governorship gets to the Supreme Court.

This isn't true... Superior court of records can set aside it's own judgement only if there were typographical error/ misuse of words that may ulter the entire Substance of a judgement......let's see the case of PDP/Diri vs APC/Lyon, where the APC and lyon approached the SC for a Review of their judgement

"Superior courts of record can't sit on appeal over it's own Judgement, if this set of applications are allowed, every other aggrieved litigants will bring up similar applcation before this court and there will be no end in sight.....There must be an end to litigation" Amina Augue JSC

So in essence, the Court can't reverse itself since there's not typographical error in it's judgement which nullified Abbo's election
