This must be an expensive joke.. That loco balm na die.

Loco balm made me cry like a toddler throwing tantrums when I was 15 years old after it was rubbed on my whole back for what I can't even remember.

How did NAFDAC even approve that thing?

1) Reduce the intake of your fat & oil
2)Take enough fruits and veggies
3Take enough water
4)Detoxify your system
5)Scrub your face 3times in a week with a mild Scrub not a salt Scrub
6)Finally, go soap and cream that has anti pimples properties .

I wonder o.I can never forget my experience with the balm.I rubbed it on my knees years back and l was rolling on the rug and wailing like a kid.Worse case when l couldn't endure the pains anymore l went to the bathroom to wash it with soap and water.




Gbam! That was when thunder helped bomb to blow..l almost fainted and can't explain the pains l went through for hours before l got myself back and slept off on the rug.


First thing the next morning, l fling the remaining inside the dustbin.

Cerave and Pie mie.
Pie mie is actually affordable.
Cerave salicylic acid cleanser is actually expensive, check for something cheaper like cetaphil or any other cleanser containing salicylic acid

Use vitamin c serum in the morning but make sure you apply sun cream because of sun. There are affordable vitamin C serum around 3k.

Then use retinol at night but without sun cream. Pie mie retinol is around 2,5k - 4k depends location.

Go for Dr Raschel sun cream, it’s affordable. That’s what I use, but if you can afford Skin Aqua then go ahead with it.

So can I use the cerave salicylic acid cleanser every day?

Regularly wash the face with water is supports to keep the face clean and neat. It is also helps to eliminate oil from the face. So, each clean the spot from the face within a few weeks. Applying artificial cream will providing results for only temporary duration.
