A user from X app(Formerly Twitter), @EverythingMai_ reported that a ~~man~~ Pig from Delta state raped a 4-year-old girl, and uses[b] scissors [/b] to tear the girl open before committing the crime.

They shouldn't agree for any settlements, But ask for a very long sentence for the criminal.
But Nigeria who knows, the judge may say they should settle it, or the mother can say she don't want eyes on her daughter, and they would agree too settling it.
