Numerical strength is what you are gaining, unless you will buy local made stuffs, but remember 70% of nigerian commodities are imported.

"Tinubu will handle the economy, Shetima will handle security " what went wrong pls. I guess I am missing something.
The same thing that went wrong with - Osinbajo will handle economy, Buhari will handle security.

Why should scammers change their winning strategy huh

Waoooo, able abroad base Nigerians and those that are earning foreign currencies should leverage on the exchange rate to invest in secure landed properties in Nigeria.

High exchange rate is to their advantage.
so that they can demolish the land later or keep losing via exchange loss. I invested in Nigeria last December . canada dols was 550, today its 800. So I have to consider exchange loss before i can dream of profit

from an economic you cannot start the job of remaking the country by prolong up the naira artificially,it must be allowed to find it's feet and stabilize against the dollar, that is the first step, the next step is to cut and curb bulk imports that uses dollars, that is were manufacturing and mechanized agriculture comes in, government must be proactive to encourage manufacturing, improve power supply and build the infrastructure and security needed,if not the naira will continue to free fall,I am predicting #1500 /$ before the year runs out

You didn't lose either for the fact that your property will still keep appreciating in value no matter what.

But if you have opportunity to do, I will encourage you to consider some other hottest investment zone like Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos and Epe. Go for Estates with already approved tittle documents. It will definitely pay off.
