You are looking at the judgment from a biased angle. When judgement favours a person or party you like, you claim it to be fair but if it goes other way round, you say it is bought. Judges are not spirits neither are they emotional, they deliver judgement based on the arguments of opposing lawyers. Nevertheless, they are humans. They are prone to errors sometimes.

The court is only good when it rules against your opponent ba?

Atiku and PO require the SC to over turn the judgement of the PEPT. That was a thorough 10 hour judgement precisely delivered to ensure there were no loopholes. I expect a SC ruling delivered in 50 minutes or less.

I got tired of nigerian judgement during wife vs Peterside... wike lost out at the tribunal , lost out at the appeal and finally win at the supreme court . Tell me which country this type of judgement happens except fantastically corrupt country like ours
