Magic basically holds up the criminal justice system and not the millions of citizens who work each day and do their due diligence to report crime when they see it, those of them who investigate and prosecute those criminals as fairly as they can, and those who lock them up and make sure criminals are removed from society for the duration of their punishment? In your mind, it is magic and not average citizens of the Americas that make it all happen?
