⚡A new Russian anti-drone gun is capable of suppressing up to 90% of the AFU's drones Russian engineers have developed a new anti-drone gun. It has already passed official formal tests that have taken place recently. According to the developer’s representative, the antidrone gun operates in seven frequency ranges and is capable of suppressing and wrenching off course most of the drones used by the AFU, including commercial drones, aircraft-type drones and FPV-type ones. The representative has also noted that there is no antidrone gun capable of suppressing 100 per cent of objects to date, so the developer deals with a reasonable maximum of seven wave bands. On October 8, Shmyhal said Ukraine is effectively buying 60% of DJI’s global output of Mavic quadcopter drones, even though the vendor officially prohibits selling to militaries. According to DJI, the prime minister's words "have no relation to reality." "We are utterly surprised by the statement by the Ukrainian prime minister as he has no insight into DJI’s production numbers. The statement bears no resemblance to reality and is totally misleading with regards to DJI’s involvement in the use of its production in Ukraine."

⚡Turkish President Erdogan: Unfortunately, the international community is not doing well in the face of the Israeli regime's unlawful and unrestrained attacks against civilians. We see that the UNSC has deepened the crisis with its unilateral attitude instead of stopping the bloodshed, ensuring a ceasefire and taking steps to prevent civilian casualties. It is the common and justified expectation of the international community that the UNSC should be freed from the domination of a limited number of countries and made more democratic and effective. I am deeply concerned by the flagrant violations of international humanitarian law that we are witnessing in Gaza. It is of course impossible for a structure (UN) that watches the collective punishment of the people of Gaza to offer hope to humanity and ensure global peace and stability.

⚡Wild story by Germany's Bild: Russia is considering the option of striking Kyiv with a space rocket Bild obtained recordings of conversations between Dmitry Rogozin and Dmitry Baranov, the general director of the Progress Rocket Space Centre. Since the beginning of January 2023, they have been discussing the technical details of organizing an attack on a major city in Ukraine using a launch vehicle that is used to fly into space. Officials decided that it would be best to launch it from the cosmodrome in Plesetsk with explosives on board. According to Baranov, the main problem is that due to supersonic reentry, existing heavy high-explosive bombs or guided warheads will overheat at a speed of 6 km/sec.
