As the Supreme Court begins its hearings on the Presidential Election Appeal of February 25, 2023, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) exudes confidence. They believe that guided by the provisions of the law, the presented body of evidence, circumstances, and facts, the Apex Court will uphold justice in this matter.

In a statement released and signed by Debo Ologunagba, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, the leading opposition party asserts its belief that the issues surrounding the February 2023 Presidential election, such as alleged rule violations, manipulations, and falsifications that challenge the integrity of the country's electoral process, have placed democracy in a fragile state.

The PDP conveys that Nigerians and the international community are eagerly awaiting the Supreme Court's judgment, with the hope that the Court will faithfully apply the laws, including the explicit provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) in 1999, the Electoral Act of 2022, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Guidelines and Regulations, to ensure substantial justice in this case.

The PDP emphasizes that the sincere expectation of Nigerians and democracy advocates worldwide is that the Supreme Court will use this case to reaffirm the principle that the Judiciary serves as the last bastion of hope for ordinary citizens.

The party concludes by stating, "Nigerians remain optimistic that the Supreme Court will deliver substantial justice by the law and the facts presented in the Appeal."

ATIKU and OBI should go with evidence that is all nothing like someone is in control, wasn't NGIGE was in control when court remove and declared obi as governor? Wasn't Andy uba a governor the same court removed him and give to OBI?

Even with the evidence that was brought about Tinubu being a drug dealer they still allowed him to continue his presidency, will this same court not still rule in his favor?
