Atiku vs Tinubu: We’ll Win At Supreme Court – PDP Assures Supporters.


As the Supreme Court commences hearing on the February 25, 2023 Presidential Election Appeal, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), says it is confident that, guided by the provisions of the law, the body of evidence, circumstances, and facts presented before it, the Apex Court will deliver justice in the matter.


In a statement signed by Debo Ologunagba, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, the main opposition party said it believes that the issues of the February 2023 Presidential election—the alleged violation of rules and laws, the brazen manipulations and falsifications in perversion of the country’s electoral process—have put democracy in a precarious situation.

According to the party, Nigerians and indeed the whole world look forward to the Supreme Court for justice in the hope that the Court will apply the laws, including the express provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), the Electoral Act, 2022 and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Guidelines and Regulations in delivering substantial justice in the matter.


The PDP said the earnest expectation of Nigerians and lovers of democracy across the world is that the Supreme Court will use this case to firmly validate the maxim that the Judiciary is the last hope of the common man.

“Nigerians are therefore optimistic in hoping that the Supreme Court will dispense substantial Justice according to law and fact in the Appeal,” the party said.

Atiku and Obi handed Tinubu the presidency the day they decide to run against each other thereby cancelling out each other

When Jonathan was to be defeated, Atiku stepped down after loosing primary, Kwankwaso stepped down, no Tinubu and no Peter Obi all dragging same vote with Buhari

If any of the above have contested alongside Jonathan and Buhari no way the then ruling party/Jonathan will loose

It's simple mathematics, no judge will remove a president especially when opposition can't explain how they won the election on the election day

Obidient need to force Atiku to stop wasting Obi votes in the north, Atiku needs to leave the political scene, that's when Obi can easily win

How?

Atiku could not prove how he won at the tribunal.

He should give it a rest.

If Atiku really believed he won the election, he'd go and prove it sensibly. It is because he knew that he lost that he is running around to Chicago and getting that hungry Phrank Shaibu and Paul Ibe to organize press conferences to try to discredit Tinubu.

Where was all this energy during the campaign?

Atiku already saw himself as the president, and was called president in waiting by his ilk of irresponsible sycophants led by Dino Melaye and Timi Frank. He received the shocker of his life when Tinubu defeated him.

I advise Atiku to seek therapy. He needs to overcome the shock of the defeat he suffered. He is no longer acting rational.

And he needs to stop thinking he can deceive his way to the presidency when he could not win at the polls.
