It's quite possible. Abuja has very huge untapped commercial potentials.

Imagine turning the entire Apo mechanic village to a world class spare parts hub. It will be the biggest in Nigeria and rake in billions in monthly revenues.
They are not talking of importation here. Meanwhile Abuja doesn't have a seaport like Lagos to make that easier. There are other ways to raise the IGR of Abuja.

As if all these were made possible by the indegens. Lagos was just lucky to be formal capital of Nigeria, that's all.

1914 -1991 as a nations capital is more than enough to achieve all these.

If you make Zamfara the capital of Nigeria for 77 years, it will achieve same even without sea port as an advantage.
