The problem is, were they happening in enough units to overturn the election?

As a matter of fact there was minimal violence during the presidential elections. Violence was more prevalent during the Gubernatorial elections due to the heat generated during the federal elections.

What the learned Justice Okoro said was not totally what you said. He said the eveidence of the agent was authentic more than State collation agent. The collation state agent ought to have visit the pooling unit rather than relied on hear say of the pooling agent.

This is actually wrong. He said the witnesses presented cannot be everywhere at the same time and by so, what they presented are hearsays. He says that's why we have polling unit agents who are everywhere.
