Ingredients used:

1. 2 big onions
2. 5 Red bell peppers
3. 1 scotch Bonnet (ata rodo)
4. 1/2 cup of oil
5. 6 stock cubes
6. 2 cups of chicken stock
7. 4 bay leaves
8. 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
9. 1 teaspoon of curry powder
10. Tomato paste
11. 6 cups of rice
12. Hot water
13. Salt to taste

Just scrolling through YouTube would show you all Nigerians in UK don't cook their jollof rice the same way.

They don't even all use the same sort of rice.
