For some time, I have been struggling with lust (masturbation and pornography). I try to be intentional by listening to gospel music but after crying midnight and praising God. I am back to lust. It is now worse than ever! Please, share your experience and how to break this bondage.

The first thing to cut off yourself from such immoral act is... U got to be sincere with yourself and identify the causative agent. What are the triggers?. Is it your WhatsApp, Facebook , YouTube?.. Try and delete those apps that will lures you to sin .

You must pray aso and by so doing, you're starving the flesh. Learn not to stare at a woman face or body for so long. Because your brain is fast at printing pictures which gives birth to imagination. And from imagination you get the urge to masturbate.Remember, all this are fueled by the devil . Oga all this sexual immorality are powered by the marine kingdom. Your sperms is been use to feed demons. Stop masturbating today and starve the demons.
Marine kingdoms are powerful. They will do everything possible to get hold of you but When you're serious with God you'll surely win.

Self-discipline is the answer you are looking for. The same way Buddhists and intelligent humans train their minds to overcome wrong behavior is how you can overcome this in your life. There is no magical way around this.
