The US and UK you mentioned had to revert to zoom court sessions and fast track hearings just to save a case. If it was Nigeria, the CSU court case would still be sitting in a file. Over there they use technicalities to allow justice to prevail, while here we use technicalities to deny justice.

He's right. We major on technicalities in Nigeria. This is a joke to developed justice systems all over the world. Even if Atiku brought the matter up earlier the SC would have found one technicality to throw it out.
