The apex court ruled and affirmed the ruling of the pepc which stated that subpoenaed witnesses and other witnesses must be frontloaded within 21 days along with the petition and other materials.unfortunately, they called 7 subpoenaed witnesses amongst inec staffs, agents who testified for ashige, gayam and chiroma and who testified and tendered documents that gave pdp the win.once they are disqualified, the documents in which they tendered is also invalidated thereby affirming the victory of engr sule.ombugadu should try again in 2027... This one is still trusting Nigeria Judiciary. People that don't have any standard or reference of judgement. They will deliver one judgement today to favour one man, tommorow another court will deliver opposing judgement contrary to the earlier judgement to favour their interest 24 Likes 2 Shares |

garfield1:I told you that our judiciary is dead. A man commits fraud in his company. He is taken to court but the petition was not submitted with evidence because the evidence were hideen. Then after hearing, the vouchers proving the theft were discovered and brought to court. But the court rejects the evidence because they were not front loaded with the petition. Our judiciary use technicalities to throw away evidence whereas other countries use technicalities to take in evidence as facts. It is established fact that Tinubu forged his certificates but the SC threw the facts away with the excuse that they don't take in evidence. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Spy360: Oga,they are laws governing submission of evidence.tjis is the foundation of every case.how can you build a house without foundation? What stopped atiku from starting the case since last year? The judiciary cannot break a law to admit any evidence.the judiciary is in order sir |

seanfer:What of the evidence Atiku brought from Chicago? What of the boxes of forms ec8a Peter Obi brought? Look, what kept Tinubu from being sacked was not a lack of evidence but a denial of it using technicalities. In sane climes, they use technicalities to bring in evidence that proves facts, in Nigeria we use technicalities to block evidence that prove facts. It's facts that Tinubu forged his certificate. But he is still president despite this fact and evidence which the SC actually have in their hands. |
Re: Supreme Court Judgment Will Affect Nasarawa Guber Judgment by seanfer(m): 1:37pm On Oct 30, 2023 |
Spy360: Atiku brought Evidence outside the time frame as dictated by the constitution..... I am sure you won't accept it if i have a case against you and I brought evidences after you've closed your case. Also the so called evidence is not from a law court, No court stamp/seal, which is against our court rules in Nigeria Obi brought cartoons of papers to the court, but no where during the trials did Obi and his lawyers mention just one state or LGA that INEC's result is different from the ones LP polling agents presents.... The court will not help you prove your case and that is why the Onus of prove is on the one who alleges, even in the USA and UK that is the stand of the law If I accuse you of something, I should be able to prove it with evidences and that will convince the court, anything low of that will make the case useless.. |
Re: Supreme Court Judgment Will Affect Nasarawa Guber Judgment by Spy360(m): 5:01pm On Oct 30, 2023 |
seanfer:If the evidence proves the fact what does it matter when it was brought? If I killed your mom, and the CCTV evidence was brought after the case has been heard and heading to my favour, with you as the judge will you throw away the evidence and set me free? Let's use our conscience. That's why I said technicalities should be used to allow evidence that proves fact and not to block it. The US and UK you mentioned had to revert to zoom court sessions and fast track hearings just to save a case. If it was Nigeria, the CSU court case would still be sitting in a file. Over there they use technicalities to allow justice to prevail, while here we use technicalities to deny justice. |

garfield1:He's right. We major on technicalities in Nigeria. This is a joke to developed justice systems all over the world. Even if Atiku brought the matter up earlier the SC would have found one technicality to throw it out. |
