As much as I hate the fact that Wike continues to rule Rivers by installing a proxy as a governor, Fubara knows what he signed up for and he knows the consequences of disobeying his master. Nigeria is a terrible country. How can somebody rule for 8 years and still wants to continue ruling through proxy? Also how can Fubara agrees to be a proxy? How can Rivers people vote for Fubara knowing full well that he’s just a proxy?

That’s alright.

At least the people of Rivers state can have an idea of what happened to their resources in the years of Wike as the governor.

EFCC will do the needful, arresting Fubara, and now that Wike is a minister, they can equally arrest him and find out the source of his humongous wealth.

Maybe now Wike can speedily decamp to APC for his protection, as they say.
