Emperor Hadrian named the area Syria-Palestina in Roman, to remove any Jewish influence in the area. Subsequent times following the conquest of Jerusalem by Salahedine the remaining Jews were expelled. The area now became occupied by Arabs, some Jews returned back during the reigns if the Mamaluks and the Ottomans. So don't just make statements anyhow but understand the history before talking
