The rail master plan should be for the whole southeast not just Anambra for inter connectivity and ease of movement of goods nd services

What does a master plan project mean?

So the project is to produce a rail masterplan?

And not to actually build anything?.

You forgot that before Lagos Cross River and Rivers made it possible that it failed in both state doesn't mean it will fail in Anambra, we know those that constructed Airports before and after Anambra built their own, states like Gombe, Ekiti, Ogun, Bayelsa etc since Anambra airport was commissioned it has been receiving fights now everyday while some state airports are now white elephant projects
