Every road connection SE and SS is neglected. Umuahia/Ikotoekpeni rd, Aba/PH rd etc...

This fraudulent work is been done by Ferma on Ikotekpene road which is a federal road.
Ferma had done the 1st one in April which washed away and they've come back again.

@op,mancoconut,Ferma is handling the work not ABSG.

This is definitely sub standard job,very bad work,the thickness of the asphalt even less than 4cm on stone base.The paver self nah something else,this is more or less like surface dressing that will go bad in no distance time.I come in peace.
