You and the first commenter is right...

Economic growth is expected to lead to economic development....

internal government revenue ...whether in the state or federal level..is expected to finance two major aspect in saner climes....

1. capital expenditure- capital projects- the socio-economic infrastructural development of the states...roads, bridges, schools, hospitals and the likes...which in one way or the other improves the standard of living of her citizen

2. Recurrent expenditure- the monthly salaries and wages of government workers which will still positively affect the circular flow of income among the citizens...

so that's it..but in Nigeria Greed & corruption has eaten down the fabric of our great nation...

God go help us
This so much on point … it cannot be well said better than this.

Because a rich man has built house on a street with dirt road, no street lights, no street gardening e.t.c does not mean smooth road, street lights, street gardening will magically appear.

Debts also have to be paid.

The reason why you are not benefiting a single thing from the IGR is because after all expenses, debts e.t.c has been paid there is no more money to give benefits to the indigenes and most indigenes already work in their respective state governments so they are already getting benefits.

Apart from indigenes benefits, I don't know who else you want to give benefits..
We are not benefiting anything because crooks are in charge.

Tinubu is said to buy a presidential yacht.

That's the kind of man that has been in charge of Lagos resources since forever.

What kind of positive impact do you think such a fellow would have on your life.?

We are not benefiting anything because we are not indigenes of those places..

I don't care what t:inubu does because him and most of the people in his age range and from his generation are semi-slaves to Whyte supremacists so they don't have the intelligence to think outside what their whyte handlers want them to do.

Logic defies addiction....na who no sabi think dey struggle with a destructive addiction
Who go win go win in bets.
If you know your onions and play according to the rules of the game you will always get wins.
There are alot of big time punters cashing out big time even in dollars.

What the government is saying indirectly is that, we have 65 million abled bodied men that have lost hope in the APC government and have now seen gambling as their only hope including APC urchins.
