Online didn't work for me, so I went to their branch on 30, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, filled the forms, presented the usual documents and 2 weeks later, they sent the card to me by DHL.

I don't know. I only use 2 cards- Providus Mastercard and UBA prepaid dollar card (I buy dollars from aboki for this).

I bought dollars at the rate of 1260 naira on binance, because I was scared if I didn't buy at that point, it may increase, but right now I am seeing 990 naira to a dollar.
It's actually a good news for the country Nigeria..
But my problem now is that
I don't know If I should be happy or sad cos i am actually at loss
