It's simple, the US dollar was overvalued
by unscrupulous forex speculators against the naira.

Unpatriotic elements hoarding the USD for speculation and crowding out those who genuinely need the forex ain't seen anything yet,they will be severely burnt! That's the only way govt plan to wipe them out of their unpatriotic economic sabotage.

They were thinking that FG will use our hard earned forex inflows to defend the naira, FG didn't do that, rather FG too started dumping the overvalued USD on them too! You literally caught a falling knife too when you paid N1200 for a dollar. The forex black market in Nigeria is a dying tribe.

All these gra gra by cbn won't change anything. Our external debt of over $70b and low exports of our finished products to attract USD will not yield to this emergency rise of naira.

My frnd bought dollar for #1300 with the hope that it will rise to 2k by Dec.

Thank God I can now continue buying car from copart. That ₦1000/$ no be am for car business at all.
