They are not known to keep peace, negotiate peace or contribute to peace anywhere in the world since their 75 years of miserable existence as a state.

INSTEAD,

They contribute to chaos, war and strife in many parts of the world to weaken or fight their perceived enemies directly or indirectly and to SELL weapons of mass destruction.

It's a country that profits from war and strife.
It's actually a terrorist country.
