Stroke associate with versicle disease, heart disease and others, before Ur blockage u will be feeling it going in and out of hospital, just reduce whatever nonsense called junk u consumes, excess fatty food , have appointments with Ur cardiologist, if need arises for bypass and u can afford it, spend the money and unlock the blockage and be free.. regular exercise is also good .. bp machine won't stop anything If u didn't take treatment.. talking from experience

Look my friend, Nigerians generally hardly look after their health, it's often said that regularly checking ones BP and blood sugar level is very important but they don't until they fall sick. Checking BP is as low as #100 and blood sugar level is not more than #500. Also we have very terrible eating habits coupled with lack of exercise.
