I read a thread earlier of someone earning 12k and my heart was bleeding for the person. That's just slavery.

Hahaha! I don't know what causes that thing o. I can only advice women to get help and outsource if need be. I noticed many women start having these waist and back pains in their kids formative years due to bending to bathe them, pick things, wash...etc.

My brother these actors earned so little from their movie jobs than people actually think they earned but like you pointed out it is still a misery how they end up with one sickness or the other even though old age comes with its own illness but thiers is becoming something else that it needs to be studied. May God touch many to bring help his way. He is a great actor who brought laughter and smile to many.

We need a comprehensive Insurance Policy for Ñollywood and the Nigerian entertainment industry.
Majority of them are not well paid.

They need to have a cooperative and invest in real estate that will appreciate with long term ROI.

There are funds available for them to invest in the film industry. But majority pf them don't unite to access the funds.
The Bank of Industry (BoI) has Nollyfund.
The bank has funds for community cinemas which popular actors like him will be given N3M - N10M with single digit interest loans for a community cinema that will Guarantee regular income.
I initiated the Screen Outdoor Open Air Cinema (SOOAC) cosponsored by BoI for community cinemas in 2013. But majority of them want free money.
In 2022, I signed a partnership with Cinewav Cinemas of Singapore for Nigeria and Cinewav had a meeting with BoI.
With only $5000 they can have a cinema.

It's not like they don't have savings. The problem most time is usually bigger than what they saved. Imagine what he must have spent before it got this bad. He is still in the hospital and remember treatment isn't free

Nollywood actors are cursed or what. They end up with one terrible sickness. God heal him, I enjoyed his movies back then
