Someone brought a plea before the EFCC, you do know if you fall victim of major fraud you can write to EFCC to help secure your interest. This is what happened here and that is why the EFCC lawyer spoke of the failure of the parties to resolve this out of court

Try and follow up on the case.. The issue is between two private parties.. Ibeto and the other man. One party ran to Efcc about being defrauded.. Efcc took Ibeto to court..
Grace was given for ADR.. but Ibeto ignored the arrangement. Hence, why he was charged to court.
This is not witch hunting,a civil case involving
alleged fraud between two parties.

They should try and resolve, else they will both lose more.
