Guyman01:You must be living in Jupiter. Where's the dollar? I approached my bank ahead of my recent trip and asked for only 4kusd and they said no fx. The only reason naira appreciated a little was the 10bn usd backlogs they're clearing , which hasn't taken meaningful effect. You can't give what you don't have. |

Guyman01:Spoken like a partisan brigand with zero understanding of intl trade. MTN is an RSA based company so most of its vendors in Naija like Erickson, Microsoft, IHS and co… charge in $$ €€.. So you buy data in Naira, MTN coverts naira to USD to pay vendors. Also, when it borrows, it borrows in $$€Rand, so it must convert Naira to those currencies in order to pay back. Have u bought fuel and fed your family today? Richest Nigerians own bulk of MTN Naija shares… so focus on your pitty azz… cos BAT is likely to give them tax waivers than partisan mind.. lol 1 Like |
