Not every country require millions, there are East African visa free countries like Mauritius and Uganda which are by far better than Nigeria, with better standard of living, value for life and reward for labour, no be everybody go travel go Europe or America.

If they wouldn't pay, they wouldn't announced officially that they would pay in November. Just dat we need it and want it paid earlier, November neva end, so we cannot really blame dem yet

Some beneficiaries from the North planned to protest non payment of stipends probably in Abuja. When npower officials got to know about this, they called the coordinators of the of the planned protest for a meeting. It was in that meeting the promise was made so as to avert any form of protest.

Wow!! But dem no get choice than to pay since dem talk say dem don recover funds. Besides dia was no time they promised and make official announcement dat they will pay and failed to pay.
