I think there is an error with the third example. It should be 16, not 6.

8 A 4= 12/2=6
8+4=12, 8÷4=2
12/2=6


9 A 3 =12/3=4
9 + 3=12, 9÷3=3
12/3=4

If we agree there is an error in the 3rd equation and it shld be 16 and not 6;

Then it will be
16 A 4 =20/4 = 5
16 + 4 = 20 , 16 ÷ 4= 4
20/4 = 5
