How do you explain a major general not being deployed to any of the troubled region during her days... and in her time there were several peacekeeping and wars in Africa but she never went to one even though as medical Corp she was supposed to be actively deployed.

While Still in servic, I remember this woman, General Ishaya Rizzi Bamaiyi and General Sani Abacha visited our barracks, then Niger Barracks, Headquarters Command Army Records, Lokoja.

Indeed, she was a fine General. Very beautiful, eloquent and manly-smart.
