https://twitter.com/inecnigeria/status/1724459306672652771?t=cdUzTvQ8hhzuTqqtiy7Dtg&s=19[/quote]All these stuffs of IREV, BVAS,ABS or whatever were simply created by INEC as a means of knowing the elections results upfront n altering it to favour their preferred Candidate n not for the endurance of a transparent n fair elections, INEC will always come up with all sorts of hydraheaded excuses to justify their criminality,why should the number of votes casted at a polling unit supercede the number of registered or acreditated voters in the same unit? isn't that a clear case of over voting and ballot stuffing?, during the presidential election INEC came up with the false claim of a glitch to rigged the election but the courts turned a blind eye to it,the NASS must alter the electoral act to make electronic collation and transmission of results mandatory,the act Should also make it mandatory for INEC to account for her actions during elections with the possibility of punitive measures against them if found wanting else it's just a waste of time, resources n risk for anyone going to vote,the number of registered n pvc collected in each polling unit is known so it should be easy for INEC to do their job so that even if there would be rigging it should be minimal.

People were shocked watching live in Imo State as a party agent was being beaten mercilessly at the collation centre and the Professor from Osun State eas busy shouting Next Local government, call the next Local government and made no attempt together with security agents present to protect that man.

My Igala friends who were staunch defenders of APC and anti Obidients thought they would get power through SDP using their majority population after Murtala Ajaka decamped from APC due to Yahaya Bello imposing his fellow Ebira kinsman Ododo on the party.
They are still in shock that INEC came to Igala strongholds with prerecorded results 😳

The misinformation started being peddled by so-called social media influencers as soon as the results of the Kogi Governorship Election were being uploaded to IREV.

Total accredited figures are not uploaded with Form EC8A recorded results until BVAS devices have been synchronized. This was the kind of 'discrepancy' APC taught they had found immediately after Osun Governorship election in 2022 that made them hurriedly applied for IRev Report and tendered it at the Tribunal to establish over-voting. Osun Tribunal nullified the Governor's election based on the IRev Report obtained by APC when BVAS devices had not yet been synchronized. The Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court reversed the decision.

SoNature:
Deny all you want, but INEC and integrity cannot share the same sentence. We need to review the electoral laws to allow one of the Big 4 auditing firms access INEC data in real time.

We cannot continue to allow crooks decide the future of this country. If that doesn't work, we try something else. APC has undermined the judiciary.
