Following his assist against Burnley yesterday, Bukayo Saka is now the only Arsenal player in Premier League history to score or assist against every side he’s faced in the competition. The 22-year-old has faced 24 different teams in the Premier League and recorded a goal contribution against every single one. Bukayo Saka. Inevitable. #arsenalfanaticsnews |

Lush100:Interesting match Tbh. End to end Result. Chelsea looks threatening tho, what I see they lack is just blending and clinicality and that would come with more game time as long as they continue in this path. |

UPDATE: Martin Odegaard missed Arsenal’s recent games against Newcastle and Sevilla due to concussion after taking a blow to the face in training. Concussion rules state players must rest for six days and be symptom free before returning to action. Imagine what Martin Keown is thinking hearing this, new times #arsenalfanaticsnews |

Jodera:A striker drafted to either wing. They have to cut in to score so they choose a wing that is opposite to their dominant foot. A purpose of using inverted wingers is to create clearer scoring opportunities by stretching the opposing defense and making more space available. Many modern coaches may include a big centre forward, or a false striker in-between them depending on their tactical approach. Example, Liverpool had Mane and Salah with a false striker in Firmino which worked to a devastating effect. |

BlueRayDick:Arteta and man management is very poor Which is why I always say he's arrogant and self centered I thought ramsdale will be keeping UCL but he's not seeing games at all On merit Raya and kai should not be in the starting lineup for now |

Martinelli, White, Jorginho - Arsenal injury news and return dates following Burnley victory Arsenal have a number of injury worries going into the international break. The north London outfit defeated Burnley 3-1 last weekend thanks to goals from Leandro Trossard, William Saliba and Oleksandr Zinchenko. But they were without first-choice right-back Ben White against the Clarets, with the England international becoming the latest Gunners star to be added to a lengthy injury list. Martin Odegaard, Thomas Partey, Gabriel Jesus, Emile Smith Rowe and Jurrien Timber have also been sidelined recently, although the two-week break in club action will of course give some of those time to recover ahead of the clash against Brentford later this month. Jorginho Jorginho was on the receiving end of some daring challenges on Saturday. As a precaution, he was taken off to get his cuts and bruises patched up. Injury: Leg Expected return date: Brentford (A) - November 25 What Arteta has said: "He had a few bad cuts I think so they could not sort it out on the pitch so they decided to take him out. Hopefully he is fine. I think he was really good again today, the way this guy is competing, coaching and supporting the team in every way, I am really happy with him." Gabriel Martinelli Martinelli appeared to be clutching his right hamstring when he was substituted at the end of Arsenal's win over Burnley. The severity of his potential muscle issue remains to be seen. Injury: Hamstring Expected return date: Brentford (A) - November 25 What Arteta has said: N/A Ben White White has been carrying a knock recently and was omitted from the matchday squad to face Burnley. Injury: Unknown Expected return date: Brentford (A) - November 25 What Arteta has said: "Yesterday in training he wasn’t comfortable. He didn’t look right. But Ben won’t give you much. He always wants to be on the pitch and he wants to hide anything that is in there. "But we highlighted something happening there that we noticed in the last two weeks as well. We wanted to protect him today. It was the right call from the physios and the medical department and tomorrow we will assess him and understand what’s happening." Takehiro Tomiyasu Tomiyasu had an issue with his eye-lenses during Arsenal's win over Burnley. He seems fine though. Injury: Eye Expected return date: Brentford (A) - November 25 What Arteta has said: "Only his eye, his lens, he had a problem with his lens but the rest he was top, a very good performance." Thomas Partey Partey has undergone a 'procedure' which is set to keep him out for the remainder of the year, football.london understands. Injury: Thigh Expected return date: N/A What Arteta has said: "He’s got a muscle injury and we expect him to be out for a few weeks. We don’t know the extent of it still, he has more tests today. He got that injury in training, with the last kick of the ball. Very unfortunate. He’s got another appointment today (Tuesday) and we will see more after that." Martin Odegaard Odegaard has been nursing an injury recently and Arteta will hope that the Norwegian can return to action after the international break. Injury: Unknown What Arteta has said: "I don't know. I am going to have a meeting now with the medical department and Edu to understand everyone's situation but I think he is going to be back after the international break. I don't know exactly what is the decision and the communication at the moment." Expected return date: Brentford (A) - November 25 Emile Smith Rowe Smith Rowe has been unlucky with injuries again this season, this time nursing a knee issue. He was also omitted from the matchday squad to face the Clarets last weekend. Injury: Knee Expected return date: N/A What Arteta has said: "We have an issue with him. He felt something in his knee and started to feel some pain after the game - we are assessing him, but [it’s] a big worry with him. He's going to be out for weeks." Gabriel Jesus Gabriel Jesus was excellent against Sevilla in the Champions League, netting a goal and providing an assist but there was an injury worry when he pulled up clutching his hamstring late on in the game. With ten minutes to spare he was replaced by Eddie Nketiah. Injury: Hamstring Expected return date: Brentford (A) - November 25 What Arteta has said: "Gabby won’t be fit, with Martin it is still uncertain, the rest no news so far." Jurrien Timber Timber has recently undergone successful surgery, football.london understands, and he's now in the 'recovery phase' of his rehabilitation. The Dutchman has been sorely missed, especially with the club failing to find a suitable replacement in the summer transfer window. Injury: ACL Expected return date : Early 2024 What Arteta has said: "Huge blow. Especially for him after just joining the club. To have the injury he has is a huge blow. It is for the team because we recruited him with clear intentions and what he was bringing to the team was evident and he’s not going to be able to do it this season for us. We have to adapt. These things happen unfortunately and we have to move on." Source: Arsenal - Football.London |

iamoyindamola:To be honest, The first choice goalkeeper has always been used for both EPL and UCL. The second choice always restricted to EFL and FA cup. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by BlueRayDick: 8:11am On Nov 15, 2023 |
mostob:Arteta caused it with his poor man management jare. He should at least let Ramsdale keep in UCL matches if it's Raya he prefers for EPL. It makes no sense denying a player who was part of ur success story chance to even enjoy playing at the top level; it's unfair relegating him to Carabao cup just like that. Even if u want to ease him out of the club , u should go about it with sense. |

iamoyindamola:Na nonsense he dey do wey fit unsettle the team. He's not even doing rotation or anything ..... And it appears Arteta didn't even speak to Ramsdale about his future at the club; he just finds himself on the bench and just need to adjust without any reassuring words from the manager |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by mostob(m): 8:48am On Nov 15, 2023 |
BlueRayDick:I am not happy with how he handles the situation but the first choice GK is always used for both EPL and UCL. Changing goalkeeper frequently will upset the balance of the backline. We might get to see Ramsdale in MD6 of the UCL though. |

| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Spy360(m): 9:15am On Nov 15, 2023 |
BlueRayDick:It's not poor man management, it's simply a man management style. Ramsdale messed up last season because he had a weak competition. What Arteta wants to achieve is to make both goalkeepers compete for shirt. As it stands now, Raya is winning the battle, not on the pitch but in Ramsdale's head. Instead of the brat to focus on the competition, and wait for an opportunity, he is whining like a spoit child with his 'I am an indegene' stupid mentality. Arteta wants Raya to keep Ramsdale on his toes and vice versa. There will be no free ride for anyone. The first choice will enjoy the choice games. As it stands now, we are out of Carabao, that's a set back for Ramsdale. If he leaves, we will still get another even more solid goalkeeper. |

iamoyindamola:Well...that's is business. Make Dem sha win match na my own. But Ramsdale's father was wrong to say that to the media. |

Spy360:Gbam! You made a nice point. But the issue is Raya is not doing anything tangible to keep Ramsdale on his toes. He also is conceding useless goals. We all praised Arteta for being ruthless when he benched Ramsdale but he needs to be ruthless too when dealing with Raya. |

Arsenal in for Corinthians’ 18-year-old midfielder Gabriel Moscardo, who could cost around £26m, with Barcelona & Liverpool also interested. Chelsea had an £18m bid rejected in the summer. [@NizaarKinsella, Standard] #afc #arsenalfanaticsnews . . . We should drop the cash asap. We have never sign any Gabriel from Brazil that flops. |

mostob:That's why I said Raya is winning the battle only in Ramsdale's head. If Ramsdale focuses on the competition he can drop Raya to bench. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by toluxe0075: 4:21pm On Nov 15, 2023 |
Spy360:Let’s not deceive ourselves, Arteta is not setting up any competition. Arteta has been in this club for three years and it’s enough to know his moves. He has made his first choice decision and it’s Raya. Unless, Raya messes up really bad, he will not change him. |
