I can believe this report. I think i have mentioned here that i have accounts from impeccable sources of Abacha's son driving into CBN and leaving with bags of cash. Gwarzo was also mentioned in the gist that i heard.

I have been teaching GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS Life Skills, and IELTS since 2016 and if I wanted to go abroad through school or work, I would have. In my office, I can't count the number of people who have travelled abroad for either study or work because that's what we do for people.

You could even go abroad to work as a health-care assistant.

There were a good number doing it then (packing money physically in cash in full view of everybody). They did it a lot through CBN and Defence. Mohammed Abacha, Gwarzo, Al-Mustapha, Omenka etc.
