Yesterday night I stake 150k and won 203k
My new balance is 253k and the said stake more
I have already place my account not to stake bet again

Good news I have been paid but I have to do this because I find out they want me to continue staking to finish the money
So I put my account on self exclusion till 2061.
And I contacted them that I am going to bank to request charge back and I already put my account on self exclusion that I am not interested in Betting again
Some hrs I got their mail that they have received my complaint and they are happy to tell me that I can withdraw my cash now
This is how I withdraw the 200k plus gain of 53k made on my 150k stake .
I will never do such mistake again

Please help,
On the 14th I deposited 100k ,100k into my sportybet account with my girlfriend card, reason was that her bank hit limit and I think going to pos to withdraw 200k I will be charge about 2k or 1500 because we wanted to use the money to buy somethings.
I decided to use my palmpay account and use her card to make deposit to my palmpay with this method
After the first 50k deposited palmpay charged me 400 naira for the next 50k I tried to deposit with my girlfriend card.
So I said okay let me try using sportybet that I will deposit the rest of the money and try moving it to my palmpay ( that was my biggest mistake)
I did the first 100k I couldn't even confirm that the money has not been credited and I sit the other 100k
That's 200k.
When I found out the pending has took so long I contacted them about it and they blocked my account saying I nee to bring the following important
My id
My deposit card picture ( my girlfriend card)
The deposit bank account statement ( my girlfriend bank account statement
After we provided all this because I went to bank with my girl to print account statement
And they confirmed and said it had been verified
And I should now more bet and whe I win I will be able to withdraw
Since yesterday I have place bet of
200 , 1000 ,3000 , 4000 , 150000 and 100.
And some lose and some wins
I have won 6 times since then
Making my account balance now 253,000 naira
And the withdrawble money I have now is 253,000 naira in my account.
I contacted them and they keep telling me that I should refrain from withdrawing and only be placing bet
And my account was still blocked that I should contact them
After I dit they keep telling me to stake more bet

But even if it was a mistake you can't just force someone to stake bet
Some people can deposit money to there bet and later decide not to bet again and withdraw it back
I see no difference only if it was a scam .but mine is never scam
And I have show them all the statement and card picture
I stay with my girl and the money is mine
Just because her account hit limit
I blame useless zenith bank for all this
How can mobile app not able to withdraw more than 100k daily
