**Meanwhile...
I need to raise two points here..
1. The supposed irrelevance of the IREV-Portal.
2. The unknown timeline of synchronization of BVAS Accreditation Data

1. The IREV-Portal is the only available tool with which the political parties can confirm and verify the number of accredited voters in each polling-unit, and the Electoral-Act and the INEC-Regulations clearly stipulated such provisions. Thus, the parties can use the accreditation data from the IREV-Portal to verify the accreditation data.

It's only the INEC that can do the inspection of the BVAS-machine under the supervision of the political parties; and thus, the political parties cannot easily come to the tribunal at the first instance with the BVAS-inspection-report of the BVAS-Machines. They can only come with the reports generated from the IREV-Portal.

..
.

2. As for the Synchronization....
The Electoral-Act and the INEC-Regulations did not mention anything about synchronization. And the INEC themselves had never issued any official statement to describe what synchronization means, and how long a typical synchronization process might take to complete..

Nevertheless,, after a strict monitoring of the IREV-Portal, it was revealed that most of the Accreditation Data started uploading on the IREV-Portal at about 2:30pm on the election day, (even before the actual results from the polling-units started pouring in)... And then, a batch synchronization happened at 4:54:01pm on the election day, which happened to synchronize all extracted data from the BVAS-Machines as at that time... Most Polling-units (even up till this very moment) have their last synchronization done at 4:54:01pm on the 11th of November 2023.

But then, some other polling units have their synchronization times done after the 4:54:01pm on 11-11-2023....

Some of these polling-units have the dates for which the Accreditation Data was last updated on the IREV-Portal up till 14th-Nov-2023,, which was Six days ago.
And after that,, there had not been any further updates/synchronization of the Accreditation Data on the IREV-Portal again, up till now that I am writing this.

INEC should then come out and tell us if the synchronization had been completed.
Else, they should come out and explain why the process of the update/synchronization of the Accreditation data suddenly became INACTIVE for the past six days.

There may be re-run between SDP and APC, let's wait till the case is settled at the Supreme court.

The only way for him (or even for the INEC) to prove this very data here wrong is for him (or for them) to bring the BVAS-Machines..

So..
Let them go and get the BVAS-Machines..
..
Or else, these data will just have to fly..

(From the Osun Supreme Court Judgement, the Online Accreditation Reports were regarded as secondary and tertiary evidence.. And thus, once the primary evidence appears,, the primary evidence supercedes all the other secondary and tertiary evidence......
No Wahalla..
But that didn't mean that the secondary and tertiary evidence were Null-And-Void on their own..

Thus,, once the Primary evidence didn't come to the court, then even the Fifthiary and Sixthiary Evidence continues to be valid)

So funny this synchronization is only happening in areas of over voting. Inec chairman should fear God o

You know..
If the data were not easily obtainable,, it would have been different.

But here we are.
With the snap of the fingers, all the data are available for each of the LGAs..

That-is,, polling-unit by polling-unit.
Everyone of them..
The data is already there in the open, already gathered together, categorised, and analysed.

I wish just like you guys stated, that alot of polling units be cancelled and a rerun scheduled. Unfortunately that will not happen.

The APC, INEC and judiciary have created a template that works for them. They used and perfected it in the presidential election. They've used it in some of the court cases for the guber polls also.

First, if the SDP candidate approaches the tribunal, he will need INEC'S CTC of form EC8A to prove his case right from the polling units. One thing I can assure you is that INEC will not provide those documents. Same play book in presidential tribunal case. Once he cant present those documents in court, his case is as good as a lost one.
In the judgement from the presidential and guber polls, the judiciary killed whatever you get from the IREV by stating that the IREV is just a viewing portal and not meant for collation. So whatever evidence of over voting you extract from the IREV, that over voting evidence is just meant for viewing. You cant present it as an evidence of over voting in collation or collated results. Na judiciary rule like that oh!

They collude!

I hope so too. But I will be here to remind you of this conversation when opposing candidates and parties starts to complain about INEC not helping their course with necessary documents. Forget about the Bvas reconfiguration excuse, they will always look for one excuse or the other just to exercise impunity.

There was no reconfiguration after the Enugu Election..
But the INEC blatantly refused to release the CTCs of the EC8As and the BVAS-Report.
And they gave no reasons for their refusal.
They also refused to do the inspection of the BVAS-Machines as ordered by the court. They said that their reason was that the PDP Stakeholders told them not to do the inspection (without any court order to that effect)..
Yet, nobody was punished for such outright disobedience to court orders and the Electoral-Act.

So, with what happened at Enugu, and the way the court handled the outright disobedience,, you can see that there is serious trouble.

Thus, the Enugu’s matter is not a case of reconfiguration. It is a case of outright disobedience without any tangible reason.
And they are now waiting for the Supreme Court to also overlook it and pass their judgement in affirmation of the judgements of the lower courts, so that they can continue like that for all future petitions.

Over-voting is impossible to prove??
That's not true..
But I won't say much on this for now.

Then again..
Since the PDP do not have the BVAS machines,, then, they can use any source to produce any data they need..
What is necessary at first is the data.
Then, the authenticity of such data comes next.
Then, the source of the data comes third.
