its a advice for you, some environment prone to demolition and development are lagos badagry express way(festac,navy town,alaba,alakija, ibo dominated area) this route has the biggest lane in Nigeria plus a train, a modern market is coming to alaba, and festac is meant to be a recreation centre

second area is island lekki,epe,with tinubu coastal highway be rest assured development is coming to island

thirld area is beger(lagos ibadan) that will be the next location for companies

fourth is ebute meta to ikeja, this place is already developed so its a little demolition


if you are in alimosho, lagos abeokuta, lagos ikorodu you are safe with your building

Hopefully at the end of the day, this will force lgbos to stop buying land and building houses outside the south east. When I was younger, there were lots of Lebanese and Indians doing business in Lagos till Igbos flooded in with their sparepart business, choking everywhere up.
