As someone who's planning on migrating to Canada for Masters after completing my Bachelor's degree here in Nigeria.
Where do I start from, which institution have good acceptance rate for Nigerians and also can I get scholarship with a 2:2.

Any helpful thread suggestion.

Canadian universities won't even admit you with a 2 2 talk less of getting scholarship.

So no University admits international students with 2 2 even without scholarship.
