Corruption asides, I noticed something about the digital presentation of state governments - state government websites .

As at September 2022 , Rivers State had the best state government website in terms of user interface and user experience based on researching all the websites. The colour scheme was perfect! PERFECT!
- Zamfara was 2nd.
- Ondo State was 3rd.
- Akwa Ibom was a distant 8th.
- Lagos' was horrible.


In 2023 (when I checked few minutes ago), they all had redesigned and redeveloped. Abia and Akwa Ibom are competing for number one. I still can't decide.

Enugu should be number one but the user experience is below the two above. Slow load time and page speed. Interestingly, it is custom-coded. Nice.

Lagos State still has a horrible one. Shocking because billions are budgeted and Lagos has a large talent pool of developers who'd do it even for free just to reference it on their portfolio.


I'd probably have to create time to do a full article/report soon enough.

Lols, some foreign people wey know me personally actually send requests on social media at various times that they want to do time travel. They want to change some things in the past. Different requests.

They just read my contribution and works in some scientific communities on social media and assumed I render such services even though I never said such.

So, I gave them the practical explanation and the Physics underlying it and the benefits and risks.

I also taught them general tips on how to do it: it's mainly based on a path of self-discovery and meditation (which will be quite long) or getting help from your ancestors if they want to help you (which is faster).

Pending the time technology will be built in the coming years.

I told them if their ancestors want to help them achieve their goal, they'll be ones to connect with such people themselves and give them the code (teach them) to establish communication with them often.

That's because consciousness has both objective and subjective aspects. Without going too deep here, the objective aspect has to do with waves, superposition, coherence.

The subjective aspect has to do with genetics (your lineage, blood). So, that means there's no universal method that'll work for everyone.

But groups or sets of methods for various classes or families or groups of humans. There's a specific reason I mentioned concepts like group theory, ring theory here the other day.

But after telling them the plain truth and they keep coming back with the same requests, I just realized that people don't really want to know the truth.

After seeing too many of such requests, I just had to leave the group wey dem add me to without my consent initially. They also added other well-known scientists. I just dey laugh.

Of course he's a Nigerian politician so I had the hunch he would steal but compared to his predecessors and him not entering via the big two I also believed he'll take things a little easier compared to them, me and egbon oasisx have even argued about him when he raised his own reservations about his time so far in governance. Knowing the average Nigerian has a tendency to be shady doesn't mean not wanting the best and prudent so our country will move forward. So apart from scoring tribal and religious points during elections with most preferred candidates should we also be heading into every election knowing that no matter who wins we are going to elect a thief? And the person is definitely going to loot resources at the detriment of the state because most have done it before?

Yea, people are often quite interested in these astral projection stuffs (that's what you're describing) and they'd be willing to pay money for it. I'm not sure how practical these things are sha, but used to have books on these stuffs in the early 2010's, and the books described how to astral project to the T...but mind no gree person try am, cause there was always the caveat of leaving your body and not returning back...just wasn't worth the risk. In fact I had two roommates then that went as far as getting the materials to run the level...na person catch them for the hostel kitchen dey run the level early hours of morning pursue dem...don't know whether they later did try it again sha.
