By the way, the offers you said you got, are they nursing roles? If yes, you don't have to apply for SW visa nor pay for IHS (surcharge) because nursing is under HCW visa, not SW visa.

It’s not same for everyone. It depends on the border officer. I will advise you not to touch the pof account till you pass the border officer at the airport in the Uk. Also, have the print out handy with every other document as you land in the Uk.

Good morning everyone, please I want to know if I will be asked for proof of address when applying for my husband's dependent visa. I have been in the UK for five months under the healthcare visa but I live in a different city from where my employer is.

Should I use the address I used during my application which is my employer's address for him? Please help me if you have done this before.

If you're on the Mainland, a new center just opened which is Mafit Study Center. You can do your speaking in the same Center at Ikeja too. Did mine there and it was seamless. Plus they give free lectures for one month

As anyone whose sponsor applied for COS this month obtained theirs?

Or is it possible the university is delaying giving me the COS since my resumption date to commence my job is February next year?.

Currently, there is so much scrutiny on COS applications by the Home office due to the ongoing abuse. So, your employer might be telling you the truth. Just be patient. Mine took 3 to 4 months to come out.

This might be a blessing in disguise Sir. Imagine he has arrived in the UK and he gets notice to vacate or find another job within 60days in less than 2months. After spending millions to travel and probably bidded people at home goodbye. It's a bad position to be cos the pressure is enormous. He fit lose weight pass dried panla within that period. But with this development happening while he is still home, he just needs to restrategize, thank God cos it could have been worse and start searching for another COS.

Sometimes fortune smiles on us with missing teeth.

He's lucky he didn't enter and then on getting there...no job,due to the revoked license. He should start seeking for another COS. I just hope he hasn't sold everything he has..even his gas cylinder,cooking pots and probably house? Because agụ ga agubu nwa mmadụ. Pls hold him well and always cheer him up so that he doesn't think to depression. It's gonna be fyn.

What if he finds a new company to sponsor him, can he switch from the old one to the new one considering he's still got a visa? And if no, when can he start searching for a new COS? would there be a time interval between the old visa and the application for a new one? Thanks

I just check my spam box and to my surprise I got a mail from them since October 31st requesting for my tb certificate which I uploaded during my application. I have forwarded it to them but my fear now is that I was given 10 working days to send the tb certificate. Hope have not sent it late

I need your assistance on what to do on name wrongly spelt on my dependants passport while birth certificate carries the original spellings. Its khole on passport instead of khloe whch is the right spelling and what she has on her birth certicate.
I already paid for appointment before noticing this error. In such a case what do I do?
