Quite a long list:

1. Aviation reform. Every major State in Nigeria now has a functioning Airport. This was not the case in the past where the airports where moribund.

3. Effectively ended the Boko haram threat. This was a major campaign promise and though it took him well into his second term to achieve it, we don't hear about bok haram these days.

4. Revitalised the Nigerian army. Under GEJ monies the Nigerian army was terribly mismanaged and had the lion's share of its funds diverted. Under Buhari, there has been a significant shift in the provision of equipment for soldiers, the acquisition of good numbers of relatively modern air, land and sea vehicles which have had a significant impact in projecting Nigerian military might in internal security.

There is now a Nigerian Army Aviation Corp that is probably far more capable that any competing airforce in the region.

5. Assented to crucial legislation to reform critical sectors of the Nigerian society and economy including:

a. The new Electricity Act
b. The new Electoral Act
c. The Petroleum Industry Act

6. Took critical steps to ensure the industrialisation of Nigeria by supporting indigenous manufacturing:

a. Under Buhari, Nigeria became an automobile exporter
b. Nigeria has the largest rice mill in West Africa
c. Nigeria has the largest petroleum refinery in Africa

7. Completed the second Niger build that has been pending since the days of Obasanjo.

And he destroyed many things. Handling boko haram with kid gloves, economic policies they made the value of the naira to plummet and a rise in inflation. The cases Emefiele is presently answering for is as as result of implementing Buhari's policies. Some parts of the North are paying taxes to terrorists today because of Buhari. Many farmers can't go to farm in the north because of the last admin's failure in ensuring security in the country.

He didn't handle boko haram with kid gloves. He actually was quite aggressive towards boko while he then handled fulani herdsmen with kids gloves.
