Hello everyone.

My experience currently has been terrible. I purchased this Phone this January and it started getting faulty from the first day. I tried to overlook it thinking it would get better not knowing that was a grave mistake. I should have returned it ASAP!

It started having network connection issues. The phone will be on but would tell people trying to connect to me that its switched off!

After a while, this issue stopped after I updated and so on.

But the main issue was the screen which I overlooked. Every time I am making calls, it would just start ghost touching. This issue has degenerated and the phone has decided not to respond to touches again.

I've made countless enquiry to the e-commerce company I got it but they aren't helping matters currently. The phone is under a warranty and I want to invoke my warranty rights but the customer care reps are not making the process smooth at all.

I could have fixed this ever since but the screen isn't available at my location and I learn it has to be imported.. There are so many complications.

I just hope I get it fixed soon enough though..

I think I've bought eight phones and tablets in the last ten years all online with no real problems.

Never been a fan, I prefer buying my tecno phones from accredited smartphone stores to avoid stories that touch.
