“Usually, many people who sell off their properties in order to relocate abroad do so with the notion of not returning anytime soon or not returning at all. This is due to the perception that the grass is surely greener outside the borders of our nation. On the other hand, Nigerians who have lived their lives for so long abroad would think of at least getting a landed property to serve as proof of their many years of hard work to their friends and family back home, so they would then take advantage of the situation and exploit the opportunities as much as they can.”

This is it. Those selling are ignorant and desperate while those buying are exploiting the ignorance and desperation of the sellers whereas the real estate broker is having a swell time business boon, in same Nigeria he or she condemns, making loads of commissions money from both sides ,giving themselves and the sellers unpatriotic reason to keep running down the country in order to persuade the sellers to selll;they've monetized the misery, ignorance, desperation lack of faith/patriotism of those selling.

Anytime you are desperate, that's when you are most vulnerable.

For most of them selling cheap out of ignorance and desperation, they may just be fulfilling a divine wealth transfer of wealth they or their parents gathered unrighteously, transferred into the hands of others who may eventually still lose those properties if they acquired it with proceeds of crime or corruption.

The only true wealth that lasts is the one you acquire from clean and legitimate sources of income. If it's not clean, you will lose las las.

Clean wealth is achievable here in Nigeria, it takes time to build real legitimate wealth everywhere in the world and it is the only wealth that endures. It is the only kind of wealth you can pass down to your children's children like the biblical righteous man. Check my signature for free stuffs!

The biggest mistake our democracy made was to change hands from Jonathan to Buhari. The most political error in history

...cos the uninformed and uneducated actually vote more than the enlightened. Imagine apc telling nigerians that buhari a former coup plotter who was actually removed forcefully for incompetence and nepotism is now the messiah who will fight corruption and turn naija into eldorado and nigerians actually believed, despite seein railways, roads, transformation agenda, agriculture/entertainment/financial revolution of jonathan's regime they still booted him out and claim he was corrupt was why they voted him out, the dasuki they claimed looted security money wasnt ever paraded or persecuted throughout buhari's 8years thats to show you it was all planned all they needed was the gullibility & emotions of the average nigerian to vote buhari in and after 8years here we are...

GEJ was the reason why we had Buhari. Nigeria's trouble started during GEJ era and peaked during Buhari. I recall Boko Haram bombs were also going off in Abuja to top it up.[/quote

Still the same propaganda sold to you guys by apc, so buhari's regime security wise was better Gej inherited boko as well as a deeply tribalistic northern people who sympathised with boko and saw gej as a problem as told to them by thier imams and religious heads all cos gej refused to play ball with them, he built schools so they can be educated, he cancelled the almajiri system and destroyed every stronghold of boko in case you dont live in the north let me tel you a fact boko haram had no single northern town under its rule by the time gej handed over but under una buhari boko hve taken over the whole north that they even pay taxes to their appointed kings..
