i dont go online lamenting or ranting over issues mr man...instead of coming here to shed cocrodile tears,go out and effect the change.aso rock no dey online,na abuja e dey.
So what you are saying is everyone that has lamented about Tinubu's government should become a politician and run for office like your Obas who complained last week or the fish sellers in Ogun state who have been complaining or Tinubu supporter who posted online complaining about the rise of price for his inhaler, you are also calling all of them fools for talking and not going to contest for position to make a change...

if you cant run for the position of an ordinary councilor in your ward and win, bury your head in shame.you are supposed to be there to effect the change.people like you stood idle and allow incompetent people run the affairs of the country, you can do it right but you chose to stay aside to blame others for not doing it.
you must be an agbado miscreant

Last time people like me voted to effect this said changes, we were chased away by thugs, someone were bodily harmed and others had their phones seized for making attempted to recorded what was happening by these thug

As if that was not enough, inec did their mago mago at the end of the day and the court of appeal did their wuru wuru, so what are you talking about??

There are a lot of benefits of having properties around the Refinery,I daresay this Dangote Refinery is an all rounder.
There's a Sea-port directly opposite the Refinery, there's also a free-trade zone for manufacturers of the byproduct of the Crude Oil.
We are talking about Engine oil manufacturers, plastic manufacturers, even pharmaceutical companies will be located around that axis.
The benefits of having real estate on that corridor is massive, you are assured of increase in returns on real estate Investment Due to the proximity to the Refinery and the other aforementioned companies.
Also because of the location of the Refinery,it's a bit far from the city center,so the expectations is new companies will definitely spring up and there will be need for some urgent facilities,we are talking about schoolz, hospitals, banks etc.
There's also the employment opportunities that will spring up once the Refinery starts to roar.
I believe every investor should key in and get ready for the boom that will happen from next month.

In one Nigeria, every citizen has the right to live anywhere and do business according to law.

If you're sad about that, you go change the constitution
