I just viewed the leaked video via the X link posted above for 5 times to get a hang of it.
The boy's description of the act was gross and graphic. Would this asinine boy be comfortable seeing someone do what he did to his female sibling(s), mother, or his future daughter(s)?
These are the questions all males have to ask themselves... "Is is kind? Is it fair?"

This young idiot will be identified if the video goes viral enough and I want to see that he is brought to justice for sexually assaulting a girl without her consent. Stiffer punishments such as chemical castration plus imprisonment with hard labor must be introduced for all cases of rape to minimize such cases.

If rape has been committed and there's a victim, isn't the victim suppose to have reported to her parents or guardians...who would definitely have reported it to the authorities to do the needful?

But in this case we have a juvenile who is boasting or probably catching cruise online with his fellows in order to look larger than he is..

so should he be arrested,prosecuted and jailed for a crime that's unproven and no victim to corroborate?
