Had pretty nice visuals and art design especially the Low Orbit military base.
David Washington is a decent actor but he doesn't have that charisma or presence to pull you into the story and get more involved.

Nice story from Gareth Edwards, but not the best. Actually got a little bland at some point.

Dumb Money.....7.5/10

Really good adaptation of the early 2021 financial craze on GameStop shares and the underlying phenomenonal "short squeeze" orchestrated by retail investors aka "Dumb Money" against institutional investors.

Really fun from start to finish and kinda educative on a few nitty gritty on how the stock/financial market works and how it's manipulated by the top dogs.
Pretty reminiscent of the Crypto craze we are having or had and the NFT madness two years back. Ingenious directing and editing with their use of memes just like it was in real life social media discourse.
Paul Dano and that dude with immaculate "RIZZ" — Pete Davidson were great in this. 😄 Was a really fun ride.

Sylvester Stallone was really good at what he was assigned to do. Lot of people overlook his acting chops but this scene just showed the man had it in him.

After this movie, any filmmaker making David Washington their front and centre on an action film won't be taken seriously. See as the guy fvvked up this movie's box office gross (tho he's not to be entirely blamed). Funny enough, this movie was produced for $90mn with those insane visuals and good action, but yet, people gave no shït. It should have easily hit at least $200mn and break even, especially with those trailers and a reputable director.

Imagine, the Chinese child actor of around 8-9yrs old even being way more interesting and enjoyable performance wise than an adult man, and it's not even a fvvking comedy where a kid might easily shine. 😳😳
Bruv, this guy no try at all. I've watched like 3 of his movies and I ain't convinced shi shi. Even TV actors got way more RIZZ than him.
I'll watch BlacKKKlansman and make a final decision.
