Not sure, google image search shows a black headed collared snake... it seems like a rare snake breed.

The headed collared snake looks like it has a yellow tapered tail end unlike this one posted here. It's however the closest search result found. Good job sir/ma. I would have taken this for a python, thanks to Google search
