Happy weekend foodies👋🏼

It's not hidden fact that I like plantain a bit more than normal.
Plantain is my staple food, so as the plantain ambassador that I am 😀 I've had to come up with different ways to make and enjoy it.

This one is a Latina/Caribbean style plantain dish.
It's more like crackers in texture, and usually served with a dip (like guacamole).

I prefer boli and fish or groundnut
