It's not hidden fact that I like plantain a bit more than normal.
Plantain is my staple food, so as the plantain ambassador that I am 😀 I've had to come up with different ways to make and enjoy it.

I really enjoyed this one.

This is the best for me especially when it's unripe ones. And it's a good vitamin for oza room as well.

Who adds sugar to beans when it's not yam? Beans is sweet on it's own when cooked well.

Never. I had a roommate from Oyo state do that and I assumed it's common with Yoruba people.

I'm not a fan of unripe plantain pottage even with beans sef but na my oga like am and doesn't like ripe plantain with beans pottage.
You see that Pete-Pete is heaven on earth. I LOVE IT but dey say preggy need unripe
