Ever since I’ve been young, Nigerians always see conference abroad as a way to either japa or build their resume where private companies and NGOs sponsor people abroad for such event. Even individuals who are climate change activist can always apply to go. Anyone that believe the FG sponsored 1,400 people to Dubai is a stark illiterate.
